Everett Farm is a 22-lot residential subdivision in Lake Forest, Illinois comprised of 55 total acres, 70 percent of which is preserved open space. All the homes were designed by Swanson Donahue Architects and particular care was given to integrating the designs respectfully into the restored landscape.
